Two Thousand deeded acres of diverse mix of timber, sage plains, and wild plum coolies form an incredible landscapefull of elk, mule deer, antelope, black bear, and sharp tail grouse. Ponderosa pine, juniper, and sage border fields of native grass. Once owned by the homestead family known as the Parkers, old farm implements around the ranch speak to how one could plant food plots to turn this place into one of Montana's great hunting properties.

A scenic forty five minute drive north of the Wyoming's favorite town of Sheridan, the ranch is just inside Montana in the Tongue River foothills.  Surrounded by massive ranches, the inholding gives way to rustic western charm.

Historic barns, corrals, and homes are located at the head of PK creek and offer a perfect setting for a new owner residence.  Electricity and convenient county road serve the ranch which is fenced and has well water.
